A well-designed bathroom can be a refuge -- a place to escape after a long, hard day.  There isn’t much a nice long soak (or steam) can’t cure!

A beautiful bathroom design also can make even the most mundane morning and evening routines a pleasure, why not be surrounded by beauty while you floss your teeth?

The vertically running subway tiles are really unique looking and I love how the built-in shower bench continues outside the shower to the vanity.

I love a sofa in a bathroom, you don't have to be soaking in order to have a moment of reflection!  I would just hang out on this couch all the time in this natural-light flooded contemporary bathroom.

A bathroom is both a sanctuary and a functional space -- why not give it the attention it deserves!? And, oh, don’t forget your rubber ducky!
